Friends of the Lord-Higel House
Welcome
The Friends of the Lord-Higel House is a 501(c)(3) organization established in June 2008 to promote, restore, and sustain the local
historic landmark known as the Lord-Higel House which is located in Venice, Florida. When restored this house will create a venue
for depicting the lives and times of the pioneer settlers of the Venice area. Local residents and visitors will learn about pioneer
